Au ver a Soie has been in existence since 1820 and produces a top quality product. Soie d’Alger is a 7-stranded silk with a matt finish. It is made from schappe silk and is perfect for all uses in the field of needlework. There are 10 in the pack and the silk skein is 5 metres in length. This top quality thread is a delight to stitch with and adds a beautiful sheen to one’s work. This collection features a lovely range of pastel colours. They are packed in our own headed presentation packaging and therefore perfectly suited to give as a gift.
