Description This British made, beautifully hand-crafted, solid mahogany pincushion comes with a detachable base, allowing one to cover the top moulded form with an embroidery of your choice, e.g. crewel embroidery, silk ribbon embroidery, x-stitch, blackwork, etc. It stands on 3 little round legs. They are made exclusively for us by a local master craftsman. LARGE SIZE: The form measures approximately 4½ inches (11.5cm) in diameter. It comes with a full set of instructions for attaching your embroidery. Measurements of the mound may vary by a few millimetres due to the fact that these are handmade. They are packed individually in cellophane bags.
